Unfortunately, art paintings are unique. However, carpets, poufs, and bags are available in stock.

Is the presented image accurate?

Yes, the image is the same as what you have ordered.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept payment via Paypal and credit cards.

What happens after placing an order?

Once the order is validated, we will quickly contact you to confirm its availability and delivery times. Together, we will determine the delivery schedule to the address you provided during the order.

How are the artworks packaged?

We take necessary measures to ensure that the artworks are well-packaged and protected. Paintings will be delivered in cylindrical tube packaging without frames. Carpets, poufs, and bags will be delivered in cardboard or plastic packaging.

What is the delivery time?

On average, we observe a delivery time of 3 to 4 weeks after the order is placed. Regardless, we will keep you informed of the status of your order via email, order tracking, or possibly SMS.

Who handles the delivery?

We ship our products via Moroccan Post Office parcel services.

If I order multiple products, will they be delivered together?

Yes, they will be delivered together. However, if you have a constraint and need the artworks to arrive at the same place at the same time, please let us know, and we will arrange the transportation accordingly.


What should I do if I change my mind or no longer like the artwork?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for art paintings as they are created by established artists.

What should I do if the product arrives damaged or not as described?

We make every effort to prevent this from happening, but unfortunately, there may be exceptions.

In such cases, the customer must inform us immediately by email, specifying the nature of the defect, non-conformity, or damage observed and providing any relevant evidence to our email address

Contact us as soon as you notice the damage. Also, take photos to show us the current condition of the artwork.

After validating the return, please send back the artwork, and the return shipping costs will be at your expense.

How does the refund process work?

We will immediately notify you and arrange the return with a carrier. Once we confirm the safe receipt of the artwork, we can proceed with the refund.

In case of a return, you are responsible for the packaging of the artwork and the transportation costs.
